Summary: We have stayed her many times and love this lodge, but this particular time we were given the wrong room(which we thought was n upgrade) then it taken back from us and we were blamed for the mistake and moved to a horrible room with 8-9 dead bugs and in an area where the noise at night from closing doors and people running up and down a metal staircase kept us up all night long! We have never had an issue until this trip! It was truly miserable! Hoping the next stay is better!
